Starting a Sousou circle is straightforward. Here’s a simple path from idea to first round.

Step 1: Decide the basics. Agree with your group on the contribution amount, currency, and how often people pay (e.g. weekly or monthly). Also decide who receives the pot in which order for the first cycle.

Step 2: Create the circle in Sousou. In the app, create a new circle. Enter the amount, frequency, and currency. Add a name and optional description so members know what the circle is for.

Step 3: Invite members. Send invites to everyone in the group. They’ll join using the link or code you share. Make sure everyone understands the amount, schedule, and order of payouts before the first contribution is due.
