1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sousou and the Sousou Admin dashboard (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, joining a circle, or accessing the admin dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Who May Use Sousou
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement, to act as a circle admin or to purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including financial-services, tax and anti‑money laundering regulations in your country or region.
3. Your Account & Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep login details secure, use Sousou only for lawful purposes, and respect the privacy of other members. Circle admins are responsible for how they invite, manage and communicate with members.
4. Community & Financial Disclaimer
Sousou is a tool to help you organise information about your circles. We do not hold money on your behalf, and we are not a bank, lender or regulated financial institution. Any savings agreements are between members of your circle. Sousou does not guarantee that members will pay or that circles will operate without dispute. You remain fully responsible for your own financial decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use Sousou for any fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity; to promote scams or Ponzi schemes; to upload viruses or disrupt the Platform; to infringe others' rights; or to harass or abuse other users or staff. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software on the Platform (excluding your own content and data) is the property of Sousou / CreateEnsemble or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive licence to use the Platform for your personal or organisational circles. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sousou / CreateEnsemble will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Platform, any conduct or content of other users, or any unauthorised access to your content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
